Shakeeb is a computational physicist and FEA specialist with deep experience in electromagnetic simulation, multiphysics modeling, and the optimization of electromechanical systems. At NextPower360, he applies that expertise to electromagnetic modeling of advanced electric-machine architectures. He holds a Ph.D. in Physics from Friedrich Schiller University Jena.
Hala holds a master's degree in mechanical engineering and is an experienced FEA computer modeler with a background in automotive design. She contributes computer-aided engineering, mechanical analysis, and design development across NextPower360's electric-machine programs.
Aaron brings expertise in CAD, FEA, manufacturing, and design engineering. His experience spans automotive, renewable-energy, and aerospace applications, supporting the translation of complex concepts into manufacturable systems.
Kenneth is a manufacturing engineer with experience at Linamar and Los Alamos National Laboratory. An expert in CAD/CAM, CNC milling, and precision manufacturing, he helps translate advanced designs into practical, repeatable hardware.
Barry is an advanced Level 5 machinist and API 1104-certified welder with experience across natural-gas and wind-energy systems. He supports precision machining, prototype fabrication, assembly, and the translation of NextPower360's designs into testable hardware.
